Look. Evaluate. Build. Progress.

We start by looking properly, we tell you what we found, and then we build it with you and stay while it beds in; a new venue, a training program running, a refurbishment out of the yard, a product adapted by the fleet. Three things, each proven for names clients, each with results you can check.

Guest experience and onboard standards

We design what the guest sees and the crew delivers: venues, programmes, service standards, training and the procedures behind them. When something is already running, we review it, find what is costing money or guests, and fix it with and for the team on board.

Typical work

Design and set-up of onboard venues and programmes, including recruitment and opening

Shore excursion programme design and operation

Onboard experience reviews with cost reduction targets

Training programmes and onboard values, delivered on board and tracked afterwards

Standard operating procedures for hotel, guest and revenue operations

Performance audits and secret shopper visits

For

Cruise lines, Resorts and ferry operators, from boutique to contemporary; owners preparing a vessel or resort for launch or relaunch.

Proof

Vidanta World Elegant (casino and shore excursion programme), Saga Cruises (experience review, cost savings, training programme and onboard values, retained), Hibernia Line (onboard set-up and structure).

Restructuring leadership

When a business needs to change shape, or a ship needs to get out of the yard and into service, we take the seat and do the work. We have served as Owner's Representative, interim COO, board chairman and co-creator, and we bring the technical and hotel specialists each situation needs.

Typical work

Owner's representation and Managing Director mandates, interim COO and executive roles through launch, business restructuring including cost base and supply chain, newbuild and refit oversight, and board advisory for investors.

For

Owners and shareholders, boards, investors and lenders, and founders of new cruise ventures.

Proof

Sea Cloud Cruises, Cheyne Capital, CFC, Hibernia Line, Transcend Cruises, and EWP.

Cruise Market Entry

Selling into cruise lines takes years without the right introductions and the right operational story. We represent a small number of products and services we would use ourselves, and we take them to the decision makers in ocean cruise, river cruise and ferry.

Typical Work

How We Choose Partners

  • Market entry strategy and pricing for the cruise sector
  • Representation and introductions to operators, technical managers and procurement
  • Operational trials and reference cases
  • Feedback from operators to shape the product

We take on partners selectively. We look for a measurable operational or guest benefit, a sustainability or efficiency case, and a product that is ready for shipboard use.

Target Clients

Proof of Entry

Technology companies, service providers and manufacturers entering or growing in cruise.

DEX QM (a certified lubricant technology, 4 to 6% fuel savings, lower maintenance and reduction of ETS, now in use on cruise vessels), Hanseatic Maritime Health and Hanseatic Connect (medical services and staffing, several cruise lines added).

Most engagements start with a fixed scope and thorough review.

A first conversation costs nothing and usually tells both sides within half an hour whether there is work to do. We only move forward if the first phase proves its value through measurable implementation.
