We are proud to support Vidanta World Elegant, an ultra-luxury mega yacht launching in March 2027 following an extensive refurbishment. Vidanta World Elegant redefines luxury travel at sea with intimate capacity (216 guests), a 1:1 crew-to-passenger ratio, and access to coveted European destinations from the Azores to the Greek Islands and combines the world-class amenities of leading cruise lines with the intimacy and exceptional service of a private yacht. Featuring 13 restaurants and bars, expansive deck pools, sumptuous staterooms and suites, and state-of-the-art facilities, this vessel represents a revolution in boutique luxury cruising.

Following Cheyne Capital's acquisition of CFC, Ralph transitioned from advisory board member to interim Chief Operating Officer to support the revival of this French cruise line operating the intimate vessel Renaissance across Mediterranean, Northern Europe, and Caribbean routes. Our engagement focused on preparing Renaissance for her inaugural sailing after significant delays, addressing operational challenges and implementing corrective measures. Post-launch, we initiated the transition of technical management and brought hotel services in-house, establishing greater operational control and service consistency. These changes positioned CFC for sustainable operations, contributing to the successful merger with the Ambassador Group.
As co-creator and shareholder of Transcend Cruises, we maintain an ongoing strategic partnership with this innovative river cruise venture launching in 2026. Transcend is pioneering a B2B-focused model serving the MICE market (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events), offering corporate clients and travel professionals a dedicated river cruise solution.
While not involved in day-to-day operations, we provide strategic advisory support to ensure Transcend has the guidance and expertise required as they prepare for their inaugural season.
